Our kettlebell courses deliver a beginners 5 week course, based on 1 session a week, teaching you safe technique and explaining how to use your body in the most efficient way to get the most out of the exercises.

This is followed up by an intermediate 5 week course teaching you new exercises to build upon your beginners course. This is all in aid of progressing you up to our twice weekly, 45 minute circuit classes, delivering you an intense calorie burning, muscle heavy, movement structured session using the 3 plains of movement that our bodies perform through.
